The projects featured on this page are some of the larger scale projects we have completed. They include barn build outs and multiple room remodels. The galleries below show some before and during construction pictures in addition to the finished projects. All projects shown here were completed by Shawn Deaver Construction, LLC.
At the initial meeting for this project, the barn construction was almost finished, and the customer was envisioning a one-bedroom apartment as a retreat on their land. Later that evening the plan changed to a 3500 SF home with a 2500 SF shop area, with the main brief being that when they opened the front door, they wanted a ‘wow’ factor. Shawn worked with the design team to create the plan, and once approved by the customer, took this project from an empty shell to a beautiful, finished product. The contemporary styling and design features made this a demanding but fun project to work on. Just prior to this project being finished the customer dropped in with a group of hunters and the response from several was “Wow”. Mission accomplished!
It starts with a metal building.
This barndo was a much smaller project. The metal shell was 1800 SF of which 1200 SF were designated as living area. Shawn worked with the customer to lay out the floor plan and completed the interior build out. This one-bedroom, open floor plan barndo, is a weekend retreat on family hunting land. Irrespective of the size of a project, quality craftsmanship is always our highest priority. This project proves that small and efficient can still be beautiful!
This project was a build out of a newly constructed barn for use as a weekend hunting cabin.
