Shawn Deaver Construction LLC is a General Contracting business based in Pampa TX. We specialize in residential and light commercial construction. We take on projects in Pampa and the surrounding areas.
Residential services include new construction both of traditional homes and barndominiums, additions, remodeling, custom kitchens and bathrooms, and outdoor projects such as gazebos, pergolas, and outdoor kitchens.
Commercial services include new construction, remodeling, and buildout.
We strive to incorporate our clients’ dreams and visions, while adhering to all building codes to ensure that the end result is of the highest quality, structurally sound, and safe.
About Shawn
Shawn is a skilled carpenter with 35+ years of experience in his trade. He established Shawn Deaver Construction in 2003 and has completed residential and commercial projects in Pampa and all over the Texas Panhandle. Shawn is a working contractor and undertakes most of the carpentry work on his projects. He has long-standing relationships with the local licensed trades and many of his subs have worked alongside him for 10+ years. Shawn has a keen eye for detail and closely oversees all phases of his projects to ensure that high standards are maintained. Shawn has an outstanding reputation for quality.
